Data Analyst – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial quality assurance reviews of assurance reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Maintain and enhance data quality within master supplier assurance databases
- Support the management and continuous improvement of data processes and standards
- Maintain and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring they provide clear and actionable insights
- Deliver Power BI training and user support to stakeholders where required
- Assist in identifying opportunities to automate and optimise data processes, including the use of scripting tools
- Collaborate with wider teams to ensure data is fit for purpose and aligned to programme requirements
Data Analyst – Skills & Experience
- Experience working with data quality, data analysis, or assurance processes
- Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modelling, and reporting
- Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, or analysis
- Proven experience using Python’s Pandas library for the above is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and errors
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices
- Previously held Security Clearance
- Experience working in a consultancy or assurance environment
- Understanding of information assurance, governance, or compliance frameworks
- Exposure to database management tools or cloud-based data platforms
