Your role
Corpay is currently looking to hire a PMO Reporting & Delivery Manager within our IT Technology department. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and evolving portfolio‑level reporting across Technology initiatives, while also supporting the successful delivery of selected projects and PMO‑led activities. You will combine governance, data integrity, and performance insight with hands‑on delivery responsibilities ensuring leadership receives accurate, forward‑looking intelligence and enabling informed, strategic decision‑making. You will play a key role in driving cross‑portfolio improvements, strengthening controls, and enabling strategic initiatives across Technology. This position regularly collaborates with Project Managers, Programme Managers, Product, Finance, Operations, and Senior Technology Leadership.
Job Responsibilities
Portfolio Reporting & Governance
- Designing and maintaining a consistent portfolio reporting framework aligned to governance standards.
- Producing executive‑level reporting packs covering delivery status, financial performance, risk, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
- Supporting governance forums with structured insight and clear recommendations.
- Ensuring reporting cycles are predictable, accurate, and aligned to leadership requirements.
- Responding to ad‑hoc portfolio and performance reporting obligations as required by senior management and the Corpay executive.
Project Delivery & PMO‑Led Initiative
- Leading delivery of defined projects or PMO‑driven initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Managing scope, timelines, budget tracking, and dependencies for assigned initiatives.
- Driving remediation plans for underperforming projects in partnership with delivery leads.
- Supporting mobilisation of new initiatives, including governance setup and reporting alignment.
- Ensuring lessons learned are captured and embedded into PMO standards.
Data Integrity & Control
- Establishing and enforcing data quality standards across the portfolio.
- Working with Project and Programme Managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting inputs.
- Implementing controls to validate schedule, financial, and resource data.
- Maintaining a reliable single source of truth for portfolio performance information.
Financial & Performance Oversight
- Partnering with Finance to align project reporting and financial tracking.
- Monitoring budget performance, forecasts, and cost variance across initiatives.
- Tracking delivery KPIs, milestone adherence, and resource utilisation.
- Supporting benefits tracking and value realisation monitoring.
Insight & Continuous Improvement
- Analysing portfolio trends to identify emerging risks, bottlenecks, and performance themes.
- Providing forward‑looking insight rather than retrospective status updates.
- Driving standardisation of reporting templates, metrics, and methodologies.
- Identifying opportunities to automate and enhance reporting capability through tooling and process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in PMO, project management, or portfolio governance roles.
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects or leading cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project and programme delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience producing executive‑level reporting within a complex organisation.
- Strong analytical capability with experience handling financial and performance data.
- Advanced proficiency in reporting and analysing tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, portfolio management systems).
- Strong risk management and stakeholder engagement capability.
Desirable
- Professional certification (e.g., PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, PMI‑PMP).
- Experience working in financial services, payments, or regulated environments.
- Experience implementing or enhancing portfolio management tools.
