- Basic Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience) + Performance Bonus + Full Package

Our client is a market‑leading provider of integrated security solutions, known for delivering high‑quality systems and outstanding customer service. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a capable and driven Security Regional Service Manager to oversee service operations across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced security professional who excels in leadership, technical problem‑solving and customer management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a regional team of Security Service Engineers
- Manage the delivery of service, maintenance and reactive works on IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems
- Conduct site audits, ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain exceptional service quality
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical, operational and customer issues
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service levels and satisfaction
- Oversee engineer scheduling, workload planning and resource allocation
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, supporting their development
- Identify commercial opportunities, including upgrades, lifecycle replacements and corrective works
- Regularly report KPIs, performance insights and operational updates to senior management
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all regional activities
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong background in the Security Industry, ideally from a service or engineering environment
- Previous experience managing or leading a field‑based engineering team
- Technical understanding of IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems is essential
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Confident decision‑maker with the ability to handle escalations effectively
- Full UK driving licence (Essential)
- Experience with major security system manufacturers
- Positive, proactive approach with strong problem‑solving abilities
