- Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and clients during pre-construction
Project Delivery:
- Manage the delivery of utilities infrastructure packages across data centre projects
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and utility providers to ensure programme and quality targets are met
- Monitor project progress, budget, and risk, with a focus on critical power milestones
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
- Act as a key interface between client, design teams, and delivery partners
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within utilities, power, or energy infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of grid connections, substations, HV/LV systems, or related infrastructure
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects (data centres highly desirable)
- Ability to operate across both pre-construction and delivery phases
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with utility providers and regulatory bodies
- Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred)
The Opportunity:
- Opportunity to work on high-growth, mission-critical data centre developments
- Exposure to both strategic front-end development and complex project delivery
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with strong industry backing
- Clear progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding sector
