CNC Programmer Permanent Role
Location: Crewkerne Salary: £45,758 (inc. shift allowance)
Shifts: Rotating (6am-2pm Mon-Fri / 2pm-12am Mon-Thurs)

What You'll Be Doing
- Setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components
- Programming or editing CNC programmes (Citizen machines)
- Monitoring performance and making adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Working to tight tolerances with a strong focus on detail
- Collaborating with production teams to meet and exceed targets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (Fanuc / G‑Code)
- Experience with Citizen machines is essential
- Ability to set machines independently and work to fine tolerances
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach
- A reliable team player with a solid work ethic
