Seasonal role offered on a fixed-term contract through to September 2026.

At Soho House, the Runner plays a vital supporting role ensuring smooth flow between kitchen and front‑of‑house. Responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organisation across service areas, and acting as the key link between kitchen/bar and floor.

Responsibilities

• Bring food or drink quickly from kitchen/bar to members’ tables.
• Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment.
• Accountable for an assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
• Polish cutlery and prepare table additions in advance (e.g., lemon wraps, condiments).
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including set up and break down of stations.
• Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly.
• Attend regular meetings with front and back of house teams to stay updated on menu changes and specials.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a high‑end dining environment.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a hands‑on approach.
• Confident, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.
