Lenovo is seeking an experienced Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Sales Engineer to support and grow our Tier 2 CSP business across EMEA. This role combines deep technical understanding of data center and GPU-based solutions with strong customer engagement and commercial execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CSP Account Executives to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across Tier 2 CSP accounts
- Translate customer technical requirements into high-level solution concepts and Lenovo-based architectures
- Prepare configurations and ensure technical readiness for pricing, quoting, and commercial proposals
- Support customer engagements including technical discussions, evaluations, and proof-of-concept activities
- Act as a technical interface between customers and internal Lenovo teams to resolve complex requirements or escalations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, supply chain, and global product teams
- Evangelize Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions portfolio and influence customer technology strategies
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with CSP customers across multiple levels of seniority
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data center, server, or infrastructure solutions in a pre-sales or technical sales role
- Strong hands-on experience with compute architectures, including GPU clusters; conceptual knowledge of storage and networking
- Experience translating complex technical needs into commercially viable solutions
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written); additional European languages are an advantage
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and internal stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within EMEA and occasionally to the US
