Data Analyst

You are the person who extracts meaning from Growth OS data. You turn campaign performance data, customer behaviour signals, and cross-channel analysis into business decisions. Working with SQL, Python, Looker, and BigQuery, you transform raw data into insights that feed weekly learning loops. You don’t write reports — you tell the system what to do next.

What you’ll operate:

• Campaign performance analysis and cross-channel comparison reports
• Customer behaviour signal detection and segmentation analysis
• Weekly learning loop insights that feed directly into strategy decisions
• Data visualisation and dashboard creation in Looker and BigQuery

What the system requires:

• 2+ years in data analysis with SQL and Python proficiency
• Experience with Looker, BigQuery, or equivalent BI tools
• Strong analytical thinking — you find the story in the data, not just the numbers
