What You’ll Do:

• ✔️ Provide technical assistance to staff and users
• ✔️ Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
• ✔️ Install and configure systems and applications
• ✔️ Respond to helpdesk tickets and log support activities
• ✔️ Assist in system maintenance and updates
• ✔️ Help with user account setup and permissions
• ✔️ Track and manage IT inventory
• ✔️ Support onboarding/offboarding processes
• ✔️ Escalate advanced issues to senior IT staff
• ✔️ Follow IT service procedures and security policies
