About The Role

Responsibilities
- Partner with product and growth managers to identify key questions that impact business and product performance, and define strategies to answer them.
- Own the end-to-end process of product analytics and experimentation, including designing, implementing, and analyzing tests to inform product decisions.
- Translate complex data and model outputs into clear, actionable insights that support prioritization, strategic planning, and product development.
- Create dashboards and lightweight reports to communicate findings effectively and enable teams to act swiftly on insights.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, surface new ideas, and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve analytical processes and adopt innovative techniques to enhance decision-making.
