Project Engineer – Security Systems

Location: Bromsgrove / South/M5 Corridor

Engagement: Full-time, UK-based

We’re looking for Project Engineers to join a growing security solutions team installing and supporting CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and perimeter security across private estates, commercial sites, and high-value assets. This is a hands‑on role with exposure to a variety of technologies and large, high‑profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and support CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and perimeter security systems
• Work across private estates, museums, and high‑value asset sites
• Cable and integrate systems with support from specialist cabling team
• Follow strict security protocols, including DBS checks and confidentiality agreements

Requirements

• Strong experience in security installation (not fire‑only)
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Comfortable working on highly confidential sites
• Location‑dependent: Bromsgrove roles within ~25 mins of HQ; South/M5 corridor roles for HNW estates
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rota once trained
