Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services Ltd (KAMS) is a regional Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) dedicated to providing a unified voice and support to member ACCHS across the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Established in 1986, KAMS has expanded its services to include comprehensive primary health care for remote communities and advocates for Aboriginal health issues.

The Integrated Services Manager (ISM) will be based in Derby on a full‑time basis. You will play a pivotal role in the Renal Health Centre, working closely with the Renal Services Manager to maintain high standards of care and compliance. This leadership position involves overseeing the operations of the support services team while ensuring that all staff receive the necessary training and development to excel in their roles. The ISM is also responsible for the development and evaluation of policies and procedures that align with our commitment to quality care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills and a commitment to the principles of Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations.
We value initiative, teamwork and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions. A background in renal health is desirable but not mandatory.
