Office based 9am - 5.30 (flexibility around commute)
Salary: £42,000-£48,000
We're looking for a skilled Senior Architectural Technician to lead technical delivery from RIBA Stage 4 onwards. You'll run multiple projects, liaise directly with clients and consultants, and ensure high‑quality, compliant architectural output.

Senior Architectural Technician Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages (Stage 4+)
- Manage project delivery, workflows and quality standards
- Undertake site visits, resolve construction issues, and support contractors
- Prepare building control applications
- Mentor junior staff and check their work
- Contribute to internal reviews, CPD and process improvements
What You'll Need
- Strong technical knowledge and construction‑stage experience
- Excellent AutoCAD & Revit skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to work proactively
- Full driving licence
