Office based 9am – 5.30 (flexibility around commute)

Salary: £42,000-£48,000

We're looking for a skilled Senior Architectural Technician to lead technical delivery from RIBA Stage 4 onwards. You'll run multiple projects, liaise directly with clients and consultants, and ensure high‑quality, compliant architectural output.

Senior Architectural Technician Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages (Stage 4+)
• Manage project delivery, workflows and quality standards
• Undertake site visits, resolve construction issues, and support contractors
• Prepare building control applications
• Mentor junior staff and check their work
• Contribute to internal reviews, CPD and process improvements

What You'll Need

• Strong technical knowledge and construction‑stage experience
• Excellent AutoCAD & Revit skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to work proactively
• Full driving licence
