Responsibilities
- Champion high-quality, customer-centred services.
- Lead and inspire high performing teams.
- Drive service continuous improvement and tenant satisfaction.
- Ensure services comply with regulatory standards.
- Promote strong engagement and embed tenant voice.
- Lead a Tenancy Experience Team ensure housing services deliver high quality services that meet resident’s needs.
- Lead a high-quality Housing Solutions Team
- Ensure high-quality neighbourhood and tenancy management.
- Deliver a highly effective income management and rent collection service.
- Ensure a high-quality, compliant Extra Care Scheme.
- Manage budgets and ensure value for money.
- Strengthen tenant engagement, reporting, and performance.
Qualifications
- Significant Senior-level experience managing multidisciplinary housing teams.
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and RSH Standards.
- Effective leadership skills, with experience motivating teams and driving service improvement.
- Sound financial and analytical capability, with a focus on value for money.
- A clear commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused housing services.
- Degree-level housing qualification and CIH membership.
