About The Role

Salesforce is the most important technology platform in our company. It is our central store of all records relating to commercial and customer service activities. We are recruiting for a Salesforce Administrator who will support users in their day-to-day, assist in maintaining the system, and work with the business on the continuous improvement and deployment of an ambitious Salesforce roadmap.

Our Salesforce stack includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Site, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and various other third‑party apps from the ecosystem. We’re looking for a proactive and curious individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and implementing scalable best‑practice solutions. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, a desire to provide outstanding day‑to‑day user support, a learning mindset, and the ability to configure solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
