What We Offer
In Shared Tech, our team is focused on supporting multiple game teams with high quality tools. We take pride in the tools that we deliver, and the team that builds them. We are looking for a new voice in this context and want to find someone who has the technical skills we need while also contributing to the team as a whole. We have prioritized trust and open communication as the cornerstone of our team culture.
Finding the right mix of autonomy and support is another important aspect of work in this team. We enable this by making sure that information is shared effectively and prioritizing supporting each other when help is needed. We have chosen this approach since we believe in creating an environment that enables us to actively contribute to shaping the way we move forward, while also ensuring that we, as a group, are aligned. This requires a sense of responsibility from us all, something which we are also proud of.
We believe that in order to remain competitive we need to grow in our roles; we support this by investing time and effort into personal development continuously throughout the year.
We also offer truly awesome benefits here at King in addition to a thriving social calendar of events for Kingsters to really get to know each other.
