We are seeking a Mid-Level Java Software Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality software and eager to take the next step in their technical career.
In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of a cutting-edge distributed trading platform, working closely with experienced engineers in a highly collaborative environment. You’ll be actively involved in designing, building, and improving core system components, with the support and mentorship needed to deepen your expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who already has a solid foundation in Java and is looking to accelerate their growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience with high-performance, low-latency systems and modern open-source technologies, while learning directly from senior engineers and domain experts.
The team strongly embraces modern development practices, including Extreme Programming (XP) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). You’ll be encouraged to contribute to architectural decisions, write clean and maintainable code, and continuously improve both your technical and problem-solving skills.
