The Role:

Applications Operations Analyst to maintain and optimise enterprise applications. This hands-on, mid-level IT operations role focuses on keeping systems secure, reliable, and performing at their best, while driving improvements across critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system maintenance, patching, and upgrades following change management processes
• Manage user access: provisioning, de-provisioning, and reviews
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues
• Troubleshoot complex application incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Support business application integrations and maintain documentation
• Participate in security audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to support high-performing systems

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in enterprise application support or IT operations
• Knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL practices
• Experience with application monitoring, patching, and access management
• Exposure to cloud platforms, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in legal, finance, or professional services environments is a plus
