The Role:
Applications Operations Analyst to maintain and optimise enterprise applications. This hands-on, mid-level IT operations role focuses on keeping systems secure, reliable, and performing at their best, while driving improvements across critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform system maintenance, patching, and upgrades following change management processes
- Manage user access: provisioning, de-provisioning, and reviews
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues
- Troubleshoot complex application incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support business application integrations and maintain documentation
- Participate in security audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to support high-performing systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in enterprise application support or IT operations
- Knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL practices
- Experience with application monitoring, patching, and access management
- Exposure to cloud platforms, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and performance tuning
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience in legal, finance, or professional services environments is a plus
