Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
- Lead and deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
- Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
- Produce detailed drawing packages using AutoCAD and Revit
- Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
- Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentation
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
- Significant post qualification experience in an Architectural Technician role within a UK practice
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience delivering projects across various sectors
- Strong technical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Edinburgh area
