What is the purpose of this job?

The QA Technical Analyst will be chiefly responsible for delivery of QA execution, requirement management (esp around traceability), automation and reporting across programs and projects with a specific attention to the technical capabilities of QA as a service. They will support the QA Manager(s) with developing and managing the system coverage, documentation and its delivery for RDG along with delivery of automation and CI CD as a key element of QA delivery. The role will also include working with various internal teams, external and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of technical QA services across programs, projects and BAU. Specific focus on QA delivery by actively managing automation and CI CD through adoption of the right practices and processes is key.

Who will my key contacts be?

Internal: All internal teams including but not limited to projects, accreditation, audit, customer service, RDG IT and Finance teams.

External: All associated external parties related to RDG. These include but are not limited to the Train Operating Companies, Department of Transport, Travel for London, all suppliers, solution providers. All related consultants and contracting arrangements within a project or program of work.
