Delivery Consultant
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customers’ technical requirements and business objectives. The role focuses on driving customer success through the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in leading large and complex Data/AI programs for enterprise customers.
- Deep understanding of building and/or running enterprise‑grade Data/AI platforms, including ETL, data governance, streaming architectures, and open table formats.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala) plus SQL; CI/CD experience and working knowledge of API development.
- Ability to lead technical teams and facilitate discussions around technical/architectural trade‑offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field with 5+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full‑stack development experience (React/Angular) and integration with backend systems.
- AWS experience or working knowledge of AWS partner solutions such as Databricks or Snowflake.
- Expertise in implementing Generative AI in production, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python).
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
