Balfour Beatty is seeking a dynamic Senior Site Administrator to contribute to our Net Zero Teesside (NZT) project based at our site in Redcar and Cleveland.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver a broad range of business administrative services including managing the site delivery‑management system.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and client teams.
  • Provide ad‑hoc assistance to all aspects of running an efficient and productive project.
  • Coordinate deliveries within overall project processes and priorities.
  • Produce reports from the Datascope software as required by the project.

Who we’re looking for

  • Demonstrates a proactive approach and positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload, flexibility and a drive to finish key activities through to completion.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of DMS systems.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the Datascope system is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with delivery teams and project managers.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to see things through to completion.
  • Ability to deliver reports orally and in writing in an objective and persuasive manner.
  • Self‑starter who manages their own time and seeks to add value to their function.
  • Enquiring and questioning approach to audit work.
  • Capable of obtaining required security clearances if necessary.
  • High levels of integrity.
  • Consistently focused on meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
