Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter to design develop and optimize ETL solutions for robust data integration.

Job Description:

• Design, develop and implement ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform and load data efficiently
• Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy
• Monitor and optimize ETL job performance to enhance scalability and reliability of data pipelines
• Ensure adherence to data governance quality standards and compliance throughout the ETL lifecycle
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, mappings and workflows for transparency and reproducibility

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development and maintenance of complex ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL jobs and data integration workflows
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on Informatica solutions
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills in ETL development and best practices
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize ETL operations and data quality
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report progress, challenges and solutions related to ETL projects
