As the Cleaning Services Manager, you will lead an energetic cleaning team, providing clear direction and motivation. You will inspire the team to meet goals and maintain high standards by demonstrating best practices. You will handle performance management, give feedback, coach, and conduct reviews. Managing resources—budgets, tools, scheduling—will keep operations running smoothly. You will drive exceptional cleaning services for our accommodations and facilities, continuously improve operations, resolve operational issues, and keep everything safe, compliant, and aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
  • Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Oversee team scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency and meet business needs.
  • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.
  • Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
  • Support team development through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in roles such as Cleaning Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or a similar leadership position within cleaning operations or facilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with prior experience managing large teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
