- Build and maintain regular performance reports using Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar tools to track KPIs and project outcomes.
- Help maintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation of tools, processes, and analytical methodologies.
- Work with local and global teams to ensure accurate implementation of improvements and gather feedback on tool effectiveness.
- Tackle urgent analytical or operational requests that arise in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in an analytical or operations support role, ideally in logistics, delivery, or a data‑driven operational environment.
- Strong SQL skills required; experience with large datasets and reporting tools like Tableau or BigQuery is a plus.
- Ability to break down complex problems and approach them with structured logic and data.
- Clear communicator able to translate data into insights and share findings with diverse stakeholders.
- Meticulous mindset when it comes to data accuracy and operational consistency.
- Team‑oriented with a willingness to support multiple projects and workstreams in parallel.
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative on assignments.
Compensation
Compensation range: $99,000.00 – $110,000.00 CAD. Final compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
