Compensation
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the Operations Manager with production and process improvement projects
- Work hands-on in a manufacturing environment to troubleshoot and optimize workflows
- Analyze data in Excel to identify efficiencies and track performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve mechanical and process challenges
- Assist with implementation of engineering solutions on the production floor
- Communicate updates and insights to leadership and team members
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Comfort working both hands-on in a plant and analytically in Excel
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Background in mechanical, process, or industrial engineering concepts
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
