The Role
- Work as part of an analytics team to understand client objectives and translate them into clear analytical approaches.
- Analyse campaign performance, audience behaviour, and customer interactions to identify what worked, what did not, and what to do next.
- Support clients with broader analytical projects such as customer segmentation, identifying high-value customers, and analysing large transactional datasets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build insights and contribute to client presentations and recommendations.
- Use data storytelling to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience as a data or insight analyst
- Solid SQL capability for querying and analysing large datasets.
- Experience using a BI or data visualisation tool, with Tableau preferred but not essential.
- Exposure to digital, marketing, advertising, or CRM data is beneficial.
- Comfortable working with clients or stakeholders and explaining analytical findings clearly.
- Curious, engaged, and motivated to understand the “why” behind the data.
