We’re partnered with a fast-growing green-tech business building a cloud based software for the energy sector.
They’re hiring a Software Engineers (Mid-Senior) to join a core product team responsible for the backbone of the platform. These are highly hands‑on roles for software engineers who enjoy owning systems end‑to‑end and working across the entire stack, from Backend, frontend, infrastructure in a fast‑moving environment.
You’ll be solving meaningful engineering problems around event‑driven, microservices, data platforms and cloud architecture, with real ownership over design decisions and how the platform evolves as the business scales.
It’s a strong fit for someone who wants high autonomy and the chance to build production systems that genuinely matter in the green‑tech space.
Requirements
- Python
- React/TypeScript
- Commute to this job’s location
- Authorized to work in United Kingdom
- 3+ years of work experience with Python (Programming Language)
Bonus
- Comfortable designing and operating cloud‑native systems (AWS preferred)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and data modelling
- Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL ideally)
- Exposure to IoT systems, device communication or low‑connectivity environments
