What We’re Looking For
Must-have
- 1-2 years+ of experience in a digital, marketing or web-adjacent role — internship, placement or first job counts.
- Hands-on experience with any CMS (HubSpot (preferred), WordPress or similar).
- Detail-oriented — catching broken links, misaligned modules, incorrect copy variants.
- Curious and self-directed: ask "why is this page not converting?" not just "what should I build next?".

- Exposure to A/B testing.
- Basic understanding of UX principles.
- Comfortable reading a GA4 dashboard.
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Some awareness of SEO fundamentals.
Mindset

- Pragmatic: comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift.
- Collaborative: works well alongside content creators, SEO, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
