Project Engineer (MEP)

Overview

We’re looking for a Project Engineer (MEP) to support the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across construction projects. You’ll play a key role in coordinating design, site activities, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Location: London

Salary: £70,000 – £85,000

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and programme tracking
• Review drawings and technical documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials
• Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues
• Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance
• Assist with reporting, cost tracking, and documentation
• Promote strong health & safety standards

Requirements

• Qualification in Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Experience in construction or MEP environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proactive, team-oriented, and solution-focused
