About The Role

OCS Group is seeking professional and experienced Front of House Security to join our team at a flagship, state‑of‑the‑art building. This high‑profile role requires perfection, professionalism, and vigilance to ensure the safety, security, and seamless operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a professional front‑of‑house presence, delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and staff.
  • Meet, greet and welcome all visitors, staff, and contractors professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front‑of‑house environment.
  • Provide information and assistance as needed.
  • Undertake a seamless visitor sign‑in/sign‑out process.
  • Ensuring all duties and tasks are carried out with precision and attention to detail.
  • Be alert to both site and local environment.
  • Managing access control and monitoring visitors, staff, and deliveries in line with company procedures.
  • Promptly responding to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating as required.
  • Completing accurate and detailed incident reports, maintaining clear records for security operations.

Requirements

  • A valid SIA licence (SG or DS) is essential.
  • Experience with CCTV systems is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a front of house security role, ideally within a high‑profile or corporate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional at all times.
  • A proactive and vigilant approach with exceptional attention to detail.
