Job Description

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with business, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Transforming legacy based systems into streamlined QMS processes
• Maintain and update quality procedures, processes, and documentation, ensuring lessons learned are captured and communicated across the business.
• Lead internal and external audit activities, including planning, execution, and liaison with certification bodies.
• Mentor and engage cross-functional teams, including shopfloor staff, to drive adoption of best‑practice and standardised processes, building buy‑in and ensuring consistent application of the Quality Management System across the business

Essential

• Proven experience in a Quality Systems or similar role within aerospace, space, defence, or other high‑precision industries.
• Strong understanding of AS9100 and experience conducting internal audits.
• Experience managing non‑conformances and supporting structured problem‑solving activities.
