Role Review

As a Sustainability Coach, you'll use your industry knowledge and understanding of our apprenticeship programmes to deliver outstanding personal and professional guidance to learners. You'll manage your own caseload, delivering training, workshops, and reviews to develop skills, knowledge, and behaviours that support timely and successful achievement.

With robust support and clear progression across levels, you'll grow in autonomy, responsibility, and impact while helping learners reach their full potential.

We offer three levels with this role:

Junior Sustainability Coach

You are building your coaching experience and growing in confidence managing learners.

In this role, you'll:

Sustainability Coach

You are confident managing a learner caseload and delivering high-quality apprenticeship coaching.

In this role, you'll:

Senior Sustainability Coach

You bring additional experience, technical credibility, and autonomy within apprenticeship delivery.
