This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑growth consumer platform during a pivotal stage of building out their modern data capability. You will have real ownership, work closely with product and engineering, and play a key role in shaping how data informs product decisions across web and app experiences.
The Role
You will work as a Product and Data Analyst partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional teams. You will:
- Deliver clear, accurate analysis to drive product decision‑making.
- Own SQL‑led data exploration, modelling, and validation to support reliable reporting.
- Run discovery work on user behaviour across app and web journeys.
- Build and maintain dashboards that enable self‑serve analytics.
- Set up, audit, and improve event tracking to ensure accurate behavioural data.
- Work autonomously across initiatives spanning member experience, growth, and product performance.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL and confidence working with large datasets.
- Solid experience with BI or data visualisation tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Commercial experience in product, user behaviour, or subscription analytics.
- Proactive, curious mindset with the ability to work independently.
