Job Description:

Client Administrator

We are seeking a Client Administrator to join our SIPP team. This role can be based in our Glasgow or Cheltenham office on a hybrid working basis. This is an 18‑month fixed‑term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out any client work, ensuring client communication and ownership of tasks according to documented procedures.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within agreed service levels, priorities and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate time records against tasks daily, aiming to minimise non‑billable time.
  • Support clients while meeting regulatory and legislative requirements and treating all clients fairly.
  • Work in accordance with BW values and behavioural competencies.

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C/5 or equivalent.
  • Experience in pensions and working in a team environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the SIPP marketplace is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous development of skills and knowledge.
