Permanent Full Time position: White Goods Engineer.
Location & details: Cumbernauld, Glasgow Customer Service Centre. Salary £33,000 per annum (OTE £34k‑£37k). Shift Pattern: average 41 hours per week, 5 on 7 (some Saturday rostered); no Sundays. Counties recruiting: Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire, Dundee, Perth, Fife, Ayrshire.
Responsibilities
- Drive the company van and manage your day independently.
- Test, diagnose and fix white goods in customers’ homes.
- Provide and implement technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
- Build and maintain the reputation as a home services expert.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring their products are back on track and easing their concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in white goods repairs.
- Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1) – desirable but not essential.
- Enjoy delivering customer satisfaction.
