Data Integrity Manager

We are seeking a meticulous Data Integrity Manager to ensure client, portfolio, and market data is accurate, consistent, and reliable. This role is central to supporting portfolio management, client reporting, regulatory compliance, and advisor decision‑making through rigorous data governance and quality assurance.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and maintain data quality across client, portfolio, and market systems
• Ensure accuracy of client records, holdings, transactions, and valuations
• Oversee and monitor FTP data flows with counterparties, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate data transfer
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and drive process improvements

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in data management, operations, or data quality (wealth/financial services preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL is required
• Understanding of financial instruments and client lifecycle data
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and clear communication
• University degree not essential; relevant professional experience valued
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
