- Qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
- Strong experience in financial management and reporting
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication abilities
- Confident managing complex financial processes and stakeholder relationships
About Your New Role
Always
- Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare management accounts, performance dashboards, and statutory financial statements
- Oversee balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and audit obligations
- Produce accurate budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Often
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to support decision‑making and improve profitability
- Analyse margins, pricing, and customer profitability
- Monitor and manage costs, overheads, and working capital
- Mentor and develop the finance team
Occasionally
- Lead cost‑saving initiatives and operational improvement projects
- Contribute to ERP enhancements, reporting tools, and process standardisation
- Provide financial insight on investment or capital expenditure proposals
