Assist the Director of FP&A with daily transactions, processes and compliance for Enterprise Community Development. Responsibilities include financial reporting and budgeting/forecasting. The position will play a significant role in quarter end and year end closing results analysis. This position will be responsible for leading the analyses for the Development, Property Management, Resident Services and Asset Management functions. Additionally, the position will play a lead role in the budgeting/forecasting process. Position will also be responsible for the preparation of quarterly financial and management reports including tracking key metrics. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, effective part of the finance team. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, analytical, computer skills, and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000. The salary range represents the low and high end of what may be paid for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range, and compensation decisions may be influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
This range is just one component of the total rewards package, which also includes annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
