Commercial Finance Analyst

This is a high-impact Commercial Finance Analyst role where you’ll work closely with Sales, Operations and Supply Chain to drive profitability, strengthen forecasting, and deliver insight that shapes real business decisions.

Working alongside the Head of Controlling, you’ll play a key role in transforming finance — improving reporting, challenging assumptions, and raising the bar on commercial performance.

What You’ll Own

Financial modelling, monthly forecasts (volume/mix/price), and supporting the annual budget cycle.

Proactive variance analysis, supply chain cost control, freight & handling oversight, and accrual accuracy.

Profitability Reporting

Monthly P&L actuals and forecasts with clear, value-adding commentary.

Manage rebate processes, pricing adjustments, accruals, and maintain strong internal controls.

Streamline reporting, challenge processes, and support finance transformation initiatives.

What You Bring

• ✔ Part-qualified CIMA / ACCA
• ✔ 2+ years in commercial finance or business partnering
• ✔ Strong FP&A and variance analysis experience
• ✔ Advanced Excel (Power BI a plus)
• ✔ Confident communicator who can challenge and influence
• ✔ Organised, detail-driven, and deadline-focused
