An established and growing business in Dudley is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their credit control team on a permanent basis. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own B2B ledger, ensuring timely collection of overdue invoices
- Making outbound calls and sending follow-up emails to chase outstanding debt professionally and effectively
- Investigating and resolving customer queries to remove barriers to payment
- Monitoring aged debt, identifying risks, and escalating issues where necessary
- Working closely with sales, operations, and finance colleagues to improve cash flow and streamline processes
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the credit control function
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in credit control
- Confident communicator across phone and email
- Proactive, organised, and able to hit the ground running
