The Opportunity
I'm supporting a Warwick based manufacturing business with the hire of a Cost Controller to support a key programme within their UK operation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing project budgets vs actuals
- Delivering detailed cost and variance analysis
- Partnering with operations, programme, and commercial teams
- Monitoring product / project-related costs (materials, labour, overheads)
- Supporting forecasting and financial planning
- Highlighting risks and driving actions to protect margin
- Working with stakeholders across the UK and internationally
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering
- Strong costing / variance analysis background
- Experience supporting projects or programmes
- Confident working with non-finance stakeholders
- Strong Excel + ERP exposure (e.g. SAP)
