The Opportunity

I’m supporting a Warwick based manufacturing business with the hire of a Cost Controller to support a key programme within their UK operation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing project budgets vs actuals
• Delivering detailed cost and variance analysis
• Partnering with operations, programme, and commercial teams
• Monitoring product / project-related costs (materials, labour, overheads)
• Supporting forecasting and financial planning
• Highlighting risks and driving actions to protect margin
• Working with stakeholders across the UK and internationally

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing or engineering
• Strong costing / variance analysis background
• Experience supporting projects or programmes
• Confident working with non-finance stakeholders
• Strong Excel + ERP exposure (e.g. SAP)
