Role Overview
This is an ideal role for a tenacious person, who is passionate about making a difference for residents. The post holder will support Rough Sleepers into settled private rented accommodation, and other suitable properties.
Location: Bexley Civic Offices.
Interviews are scheduled to be held on 30th April 2026.
Key Responsibilities
You will ensure all private rented sector accommodation procured is of the size, type and location required by prospective applicants, complies with all health and safety & planning regulations, and is appropriate for the clients.
The role is mainly front‑facing with residents, with limited home working and some days in the office, according to business need.
Qualifications and Requirements
Appointment to this post will be subject to the outcome of an Enhanced Disclosure obtained through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
