Financial Controller

We are partnering with a well-established, internationally recognised business with a strong heritage and reputation for quality and innovation. As the organisation continues to evolve and grow, it is seeking a Financial Controller to take on a key leadership role within the finance function.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this role will lead the day‑to‑day finance operation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting strategic decision making. There is a clear mandate to improve processes, strengthen controls and enhance the quality of insight across the business.

Key aspects of the role

• Ownership of monthly consolidated management accounts
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning
• Driving process and systems improvements
• Acting as a key contact for auditors and external advisors
• Leading and developing a small finance team

We are looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with a strong technical foundation, likely trained within practice and now seeking a second move into industry. You will be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable engaging across the business, with the ambition to develop in a broad and evolving role.
