Job Summary: As the Portfolio Manager (PMO) within our Group-wide Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you will be instrumental in shaping and optimising our holistic change portfolio. In this role, you’ll establish and embed robust portfolio management processes, creating an environment that fosters successful portfolio delivery across the enterprise and showcasing delivery excellence. You will oversee delivery across the portfolio and provide transparent reporting. Your insights and data-driven analysis will be essential in supporting the prioritisation and informed decision making, promoting effective management and control throughout the portfolio. Additionally, you will ensure business-wide transparent reporting, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into portfolio progress and outcomes
