What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our Direct Team, speaking to customers who are already engaged with us - warm, pre‑generated leads only. No cold calling!

Your Day-to-day Will Include

• Making outbound calls to customers with existing quotes, renewals due, or lapsed policies
• Handling inbound sales and service calls
• Cross‑selling relevant insurance products
• Quoting, binding, renewing and taking payment for policies
• Managing live chat and email queries
• Processing online quote referrals within your underwriting authority
• Completing mid‑term adjustments and issuing renewal invitations
• Providing high-quality, people‑first customer experiences every time

You’ll work towards both individual and team targets, with a clear incentive plan that rewards strong performance.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or financial services
• Confidence communicating by phone
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• A results‑focused attitude with a genuine desire to achieve
• The ability to identify cross‑sell opportunities
• Excellent time management and ownership of your work
• A people‑first, customer‑focused approach

Experience in insurance is helpful, but not essential - your attitude, personality and drive are what really matter.
