Estate Manager

Role Overview

As Estate Manager the successful candidate will spend half their time located at the Estate Office dealing with the managing of the estate, which comprises in-hand farming, forestry and property together with a significant portfolio of let farms, let commercial and residential lets. The estate staff includes farm and forestry teams alongside a clerk of works and maintenance team. The remainder of the time will be spent working as part of a team handling rural portfolios for private and charitable clients in Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset and Somerset.

Team Overview

The Salisbury estate management team provides advice to a diverse and well established client base and comprises of a team of around 15. The wider Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 3 offices and a number of estate offices from Inverness to Truro.
