We are looking for a Finance Manager to join Reddit’s International Strategic Finance team and partner directly with Sales leadership across LCS, Mid Market, SMB, and Channel Partnerships.

This role sits at the center of how our international business scales. You’ll help shape revenue forecasts, build discipline around KPIs, support ROI tracking of major investments and bring clarity to ambiguous questions by knowing where the data lives and how to turn it into actionable insights.

You’ll have access to mentorship and strong cross functional partners but you’ll own your analyses end to end and be trusted with real decisions. You’ll start as a key individual contributor, with meaningful opportunities to grow into broader leadership as the team expands.
